• The Hirer is responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment during the hire period

•We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of the equipment. The Hirer assumes full responsibility for the equipment from pickup to return
• The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• Any damage or loss will be deducted from the deposit before refund.
• By hiring equipment or services from us, the Hirer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.
